My wife adores an open faced turkey sandwich. It's really hard to find them in the south and she's a northern woman. She's one of the thousands of Americans that telecommutes. But whenever she makes her way back to her office in Jersey, one of the first things she does when she gets off the plane is to head to one of the local places for a plate of that.
